Where will I be met at the airport?

Pick up details will be arranged when making your reservation. Your pick up location will be determined by factors such as the airline you are flying, whether you have carry on or checked baggage and your personal preferences. In order to expedite your pick up, your driver will have your cell phone number. Please be sure to turn your phone on once you are off the plane. If you have any difficulty finding your driver please call us immediately.

DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT WITHOUT CONTACTING US. LEAVING THE AIRPORT WITHOUT CONTACTING US FOR ANY REASON WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL FARE PLUS TOLLS, TAX, TIP AND ANY ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES.

What if my flight is delayed?

We always monitor flights with the airline so we know what your actual [as opposed to scheduled] arrival time will be. On those rare occasions when the airline misjudges the actual arrival time, the following waiting time policy will apply. For domestic flights thirty minutes waiting time is complimentary, for international flights sixty minutes waiting time is complimentary, thereafter waiting time is billed at the rate of one dollar per minute.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel my reservation?

Because we operate by reservation only, for sedans and SUV’s please be sure to cancel at least three hours prior to your scheduled pick up time. Cancellations within two hours of your scheduled pick up time will be charged in full.
For limos and vans please be sure to cancel at least 3 days prior to your scheduled pick up time. Cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled pick up time will be charged in full.

For executive coaches, full payment is due when reserving. Cancellations after the confirmation has been sent up to 14 days prior to the scheduled pick up date will be billed 50%. Cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled pick up date will be charged in full.

Do you provide car seats for children?

Yes, sure we provide car seats. Upon request and can store car seats at our facility to be brought to you upon pick up.

Does office work 24/7?

Our system is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Where should I meet my chauffeur at a cruise terminal or pier?

Because of high security at the piers, vehicles are not allowed to pick up our passengers there. When you depart , please proceed with your luggage to the ground level and call our office. Then our office will notify the drive and he will find you. All this process can take around 15-30 minutes.
